Leading recruitment agency in Thailand offering outsourcing, EOR, payroll, and recruitment solutions quickly across Southeast Asia and beyond.

Problem Statment:
Independent recruiters face challenges managing multiple job openings efficiently, lack visibility into commission tracking, and encounter high barriers when collaborating with recruitment agencies. The existing platform does not provide a streamlined, transparent experience that enables recruiters to scale and grow their careers effectively.
Business Challenge:
To stay competitive in a rapidly evolving recruitment market, ADI Group needed to reposition and modernize its platform to appeal to independent recruiters. To remain competitive and attract independent recruiters, ADI Group needed to reposition and modernize its platform, both visually and functionally.
User Challenge:
Recruiters needed a simple way to browse opportunities, track their submissions, understand commission structures, and mange invoices, all without the complexity and confusion of traditional recruitment process.
User Research:
During stakeholder discussions, clear business requirements and target demographics were defined. In addition, insights gathered from recruiter feedback offered valuable context into user expectations and opportunities for improvement. This enabled me to structure the design process with a focused understanding of business goals and the intended targeted audience.

The new landing page establishes ADI Group's credibility immediately with a bold hero section, clear value propositions, and prominent brand partnerships. The step-by-step process reduces onboarding challanges for new recruiters.

The dashboard provides recruiters with a comprehensive view of all available positions, their submission status, and detailed commission information.
